MEWAH SDN BHD boasts extensive experience and a long-standing history in the sauce and culinary industry. JACK CHIA brings over a decade of experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, cafes, and bakeries across Singapore and Malaysia, along with many years of culinary teaching expertise.

At Golden Apex F&B Academy, we are dedicated to providing the most comprehensive equipment and practical technical guidance. Our goal is to help our students adapt to the working environments, equipment, and techniques prevalent in both Singapore and Malaysia.
