The RotoMark is designed for the highest productivity and can be optimized for individual part marking, an array of parts, or a very large part. The programmable motorized Z axis, operated by the FlyCAD marking software provides a significant range in focus to be able to mark from 0 to 300mm.

It allows marking of both small and large parts by loading and marking at the same time.

The ability to load and unload while marking optimizes machine reducing the time of work on the production line.

RotoMark is a laser marking machine equipped with a rotating table with a mechanical cam which has from 2 to 8 workstations. 

Productivity
The RotoMark X features a 1000mm 2/4-position rotary table for marking during masked time, paired with a combined X/Z axis system. The X-axis allows for a larger marking area than the focal length alone. With an FFL160 focal length, the marking area is 800x100mm, and it can be expanded further by using a larger diameter lens. With an FFL254 focal length, the working area increases to 750x150mm.

Stability
The frame of the RotoMark X is constructed from stretched, welded, and milled steel, providing high stability and resistance to vibrations, even during machine movement or accidental impacts. The rotary table, equipped with a mechanical cam, ensures exceptional stability due to its large diameter bearing, positioning accuracy within 100µm at the edge of the table, and fast rotation speed, which enhances productivity with inverter control.

Flexibility
The RotoMark X offers versatile operation in three modes: Automatic, where the table rotates automatically once the optical barrier is released; Manual, where the operator starts the cycle after loading the part; and Side Door, where the table is locked, and the operator loads the part through the side door before closing it and starting the cycle.
