| 职业说明 | Greet customers as they enter the establishment and assist them with seating arrangements. Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items, specials, or promotions. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly. Manage reservations, including recording bookings, confirming reservations, and preparing seating arrangements if applicable Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely service for reserved tables. Set up and arrange tables and chairs according to the seating plan and ensure they are clean and presentable. Monitor tables throughout service to ensure they are cleared and reset promptly after each customer leaves. Assist with bussing tables, removing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally. Anticipate the needs of customers and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the floor manager or supervisor immediately. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other floor staff to ensure seamless coordination during service. Wipe all washed cutleries and glasses and keep at station all time. |

| 技能要求 | Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the F&B Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a focus on providing high-quality service to customers. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and Ramadhan month. |
