Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to management. Identify training needs and coordinate with the manager to implement training programs or initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

技能要求	Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in Food and Beverages Industry Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
