职业说明	Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement. Responsible with LMW License, monthly and yearly report. Responsible for full set export document preparation. To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company. Ensure documentation accuracy for import/export declaration and clearance while complying with all the Customs and LMW license regulations. Responsible to participate and handle LMW audit. Responsible for the shipment from its origin country until to the destination warehouse. Propose innovative ways to improve service and cost, from both technological and process improvements. Efficiently responsive to customers requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requirement are met. Handling international logistics and customs information inquiries, including shipping, customs, import and export licenses, special certification operations, etc. Monitor the shipping activity with regard to preparation of Shipping Documentation, Shipping Instructions, Scheduling, and other shipping related matters to ensure timely delivery / arrive of goods and customs clearance. Responsible involve coordinating with carriers, shipping lines and ports to ensure timely delivery of goods and compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsible for negotiating shipping rates, monitoring shipping costs, and managing shipping budgets.

技能要求	Candidate must possess at least, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. At least 3-5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with K1, K2, K9 Familiar with Customs HS code, duty tax computation and exemption, LMW regulations, and other Customs regulations and requirements. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin. Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office, WPS, and other relevant software. Ability to deal with relevant government agencies, inclusive of Customs authorities. Ability to work independently possesses effective interpersonal skills with all levels. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellence. Good discipline and attitude. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
