职业说明 | Receive and check incoming stock, and place items on the sales floor as needed. Maintain accurate logs of inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments. Pack items for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging. Dispose of trash and clean spills to maintain a safe and tidy environment. Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Welcome customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide helpful advice or recommendations. Keep store shelves fully stocked, neatly arranged, and labeled correctly. Return misplaced items to their correct positions and organize them appropriately. Monitor and replenish products to prevent stock shortages or damage. Remove expired products and reposition items nearing expiry with special promotions. Guide customers to the right aisles or shelves to simplify their shopping experience. Assist customers and cashiers with price verification when necessary. Help cashiers with efficient bagging and handling of purchases. Operate point-of-sale systems, including cash registers and card payment devices. Process payments accurately, ensuring prices and quantities are correct and providing receipts. Handle exchanges and customer complaints in a professional manner. Package items securely to ensure safe handling for customers. Adhere to company policies on payment methods, promotions, and vouchers. Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors while adhering to workplace policies and guidelines. |

技能要求 | SPM certificate or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions. Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5kg when stocking or organizing shelves. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. |
