300TPD Semi-Continuous Refining Plant Piping Design @ Malaysia

This project involved the comprehensive design of piping systems and 3D modeling for a 300 TPD Semi-Continuous Refining process, incorporating Glycidyl Esters (GE) mitigation and vacuum systems.

Our scope of work included:

• Developed detailed 3D models of equipment, structures, piping, valves, and instruments for critical sections, including the Deodorization section, Post Stripping section, Ammonia Refrigeration section, Ice Condenser, Cooling Water System, and Steam & Condensate systems.
• Created Piping General Arrangement (GA) drawings, piping isometric drawings, and materials take-off lists to facilitate fabrication processes.
• Proposed optimal routing for steam headers and lead lines for effective steam tracing.
• Conducted stress analysis for high-pressure steam and condensate piping to ensure system integrity and safety.
