The night kicked off with a lively Yee Sang toss, a tradition that brought everyone together to celebrate prosperity and good fortune for the year ahead. The joyous spirit of the toss set the tone for the evening, creating an atmosphere of unity and hope for what’s to come.

Celebrating Hard Work and Achievements

Next came the much-awaited award session, where we took the time to celebrate the hard work and achievements of the past year. The dedication and effort put in by everyone at Carte Kitchen deserve recognition, and it was such a fulfilling moment to see those efforts celebrated with much-deserved applause and appreciation.

Dinner was definitely a highlight of the evening, with everyone eagerly anticipating the delicious spread. The laughter and conversation flowed as we enjoyed the feast together. To make the night even more memorable, we had a special surprise for our January birthday stars, adding a personal touch to the celebration and making them feel extra special.
