CrazyMic™ Sabah Team Grows Closer Through Bonding, Training & Shared Stories

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah – April 21, 2025 – Crazy Mic Sabah held a meaningful team bonding and leadership event at Crazy Mic KK Times Square and Crazy Mic Parking Loft at Imago Shopping Mall, bringing staff together for a day of growth, connection, and inspiration. This year’s event focused not only on teamwork and leadership, but also included employee training sessions aimed at strengthening communication, confidence, and professional skills.

Titled “Sabah Team Bonding 2025”, the program encouraged team members to reflect on their own career paths while also learning about each other’s life journeys. The sharing of personal stories built empathy and trust within the team, reinforcing the Crazy Mic culture of openness and support.

The program was further enriched by guidance and consultation from Shangdao Academy, with Teacher Dorris and Teacher Jiehui invited as training consultants. Their involvement brought structured learning and valuable insights to the day’s activities, focusing on personal growth, emotional intelligence, and leadership development.

Throughout the event, the team participated in hands-on training exercises and a leadership test designed to challenge their ability to lead under pressure, make decisions, and support one another through teamwork.
