Introducing our high-precision wire harness flag labeling machine: Driven by servo motors and controlled by a PLC, this machine ensures precise alignment of label folding. After the label is half-folded, a clip pulls down the label to fit its middle area to the wire, followed by another clip pressing the label so that the root fits completely together.
Featuring a color touch screen operation interface, all parameters are intuitive and easy to understand. Each mechanical action is precisely controlled by the program, making debugging simple when replacing wires with different diameters.
