Water Ratio Control : 
- When using Mapei for leveling, the water ratio must strictly follow the standard mix. Excessive water can weaken the stability of the leveling layer, causing cracks or warping after installation.

Coverage & Thickness :
- One 25kg bag of Mapei can cover 35-40 square feet (approximately 3.2-3.7 square meters).
- The thickness should not exceed 5 mm. If it goes beyond the standard, it may affect leveling performance and cause detachment of the bottom layer over time.

Excessive coverage area:
