Aimpest Management (Penang) Sdn Bhd team have completing the Termite Baiting System Technical Training which was organized by  EXTERMINEX™ Entomologist Team and EXTERMINEX™ Asia Team. The overview of this training,  this help us in: 

1. Comprehensive Understanding of Termite Behavior. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge about termite species, their life cycles, and how they interact with their environment. This includes learning to identify different termite species and understanding their behavior patterns.

2. Advanced Termite Detection Techniques: The training covers various methods for detecting termite activity in different environments. This includes hands-on experience with the latest tools and technologies used in the field.

Detailed of Knowledge

1. Termite Biology and Ecology
- Understanding the biology of termites, including their anatomy, life stages, and the role they play in the ecosystem.
- Learning about the different types of termites, such as subterranean, drywood, and dampwood termites, and how their habits differ.

2. Inspection and Identification
- Training in identifying signs of termite infestations, including physical damage, mud tubes, and frass.
- Learning how to conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties.

3. Baiting System Techniques
- Mastery of installing and monitoring termite baiting systems, including strategic placement and maintenance.
- Understanding how bait systems work, including the science behind bait toxicity and its effect on termite colonies.
