| 职业说明 | - Develop and create engaging content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategy in the form of print materials, videos/images for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the website. - Create a variety of digital and print materials including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website design elements, and more. - Write and edit content for various mediums, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent tone and style to build awareness, convert into sales, and retain followers. - Work closely with cross-department teams to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages for print and digital platforms. - Stay highly sensitive and adaptive towards the latest social media trends in the market to improve the content of social media posts and videos. - Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. - Participate in live hosting when needed and undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the respective department. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. - Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc). - Stay updated with new design tools, techniques, and software to improve efficiency and creativity. |

| 技能要求 | - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar capacity with experience in Adobe software, including Adobe Premiere Pro/Cap Cut, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. - Familiar with SEO, SEM bidding promotion, and proficient in the public number/new media/network media platform and other full media channels of content operation and promotion. - Strong learning ability, able to keep up with the company's development speed, constantly improve their abilities and innovative exploration spirit. - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowing Chinese will be a plus. - Experience in photography and photo editing, as well as knowledge of video editing and animation, is strongly preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. |
