This article provides a step-by-step guide for end users on viewing representatives associated with their accounts and managing the actions that User Representatives can conduct in the MyInvois Portal.
Kindly note that only Directors have the power to change User Representative permissions.
Step 1: View taxpayer profile.

Step 2: Scroll down to the "Representatives" section, click on the three dots (ellipsis) at the right end of the User Representative row and click "Edit Permissions".

Step 3: Click "Continue" button of the pop up.

Step 4: You may modify the permissions, and click on "Save" button to complete Users Representative permission setting.
