KTH Road Traffic Paint (Reflective & Non reflective) is a one component solvent based acrylic high performance road marking paint. It is fast dry, and possesses excellent outdoor durability. For reflective version, it is premixed with glass beads.
Applications
- Suitable for road line marking on asphalt and concrete roads; likes speed humps, zebra crossing or other areas with light traffic.
Composition
- Pigment: Titanium dioxide, and yellow
- Binder: Solvent based acrylic resin
- Solvent: Hydrocarbon solvent
Physical Characteristics of the Paint
- Density: 1.20 – 1.25 depending on colors
- Volume Solid: 60 ± 5%
- Viscosity: 70 ± 10 KU at 30°C
- Coverage: 9 - 10 m2/liter
- Color: White and yellow (others color available upon request)
Surface Preparation
- Ensure that the surface is dry and free from dirt, loose materials, grease and other contaminants prior the painting process.
Application Method
- Method of Application: Brush, roller.
- Product Preparation :
- Constant agitation is required to ensure even distribution of the glass beads in the paint.
