This machine is a semi automatic tray sealing machine designed for the packaging of products in preformed trays. Ideal for limited or medium productions. This machine is for modified atmosphere sealing package for cold meat, cooked food, fruits and vegetables, snack food, milk products, bean products,etc.
Product Specification:
- Construction in stainless steel AISI 304. Heat sealing head built entirely in anodized duraluminium, cutting blade in AISI 304.
- Copper-rich, fully ateflonated sealing base. Manual loading and unloading of the tray on the container holder.
- Automatic movement of the container drawer by pneumatic cylinder activated by two pushbuttons with safety control and ejector of containers.
- Liquid decanter for protection of vacuum pump. Vacuum-gas (MAP) values controlled through sensors and PLC.
- Vacuum control by digital vacuum switch.
- Filling of lower boxes with plastic plates to reduce the volume of air to be extracted, decreasing the cycle time.
- Touch screen for viewing and program management and history of all machine alarms.
- High lubrication of the vacuum pump, 63 m³ / h.
