Our 10 Steps Sandblasting Process:

Assessment and Preparation:

- We will mask off delicate or sensitive parts to protect them from abrasive blasting.
Surface Preparation:
- The car is placed in a controlled environment suitable for sandblasting.
- Our technicians will prepare the sandblasting equipment, ensuring proper pressure and abrasive material selection.
Sandblasting Procedure:
- We use specialized equipment to propel abrasive materials, such as sand or media, at high speeds onto the car's surface.
- The abrasive particles remove old paint, rust, corrosion, and other contaminants, restoring the surface to its bare metal state.
Precision Work:
- Technicians adjust the sandblasting process to ensure even coverage and precise removal of unwanted materials.
- Care is taken to avoid damaging underlying metal or sensitive components.
Surface Inspection:
- After sandblasting, we will inspect the car's surface to ensure all contaminants and imperfections have been removed effectively.
Surface Treatment:
- Any remaining abrasive material is removed from the car's surface, and the car may undergo further cleaning to remove debris.
Surface Protection:
