Shop Policy

2. Customer wish to return for claiming warranty (for item with warranty only), please do it within the warranty period.
2.1 *Please return the item in 'as new' and 'original' state. Meaning no missing items / accessories (such as gasket, clips etc) that came within the original package. Failing to do so will NOT ABLE to claim the warranty.
3. Giving unfair ratings will strictly void the warranty claim.
4. All of the orders are SHIPPED according sequence arrangement. (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE). NO "URGENT" ORDERS OR ANY CUT QUEUE.
