Davit Arm Gondola Systems

Davit arm gondola systems are suspended access solutions commonly installed as permanent façade maintenance systems, especially on buildings where monorail tracks or BMUs (Building Maintenance Units) are not suitable. These systems use pivoting davit arms mounted on the rooftop or parapet to support and lower the gondola cradle safely down the building façade.
