Onnekas (M) Sdn Bhd (name as Manufacturing Of Chemical Products) establish since 2010 solutions provider company and our own brand “Onnekas Germany” Lubricants oil / Coolant since 2010. We also providing another solutions to our customers as we had newly
established a new department in 2015 to handle our own cleaning chemical & with our own brand of Ultrasonic cleaner & various custom built ultrasonic cleaning machine (Msonic Ultrasonic). With our expertise & technical knowledge in ultrasonic cleaning chemical, various cleaning chemical type of chemical has been developed to cater the market challenging on high precision cleaning & high requirement to meet user demand.Apart from the technical knowledge of ultrasonic machine design & new technologies in ultrasonic tubular cleaning unit, we believed most of the precision cleaning requirement can be achieved at very cost competitive customer demand.

Recently, we had introduced new products of chemical for mould cleaning application
used with ultrasonic mould cleaner at very competitive price as most of the chemical (finished product) for the same application is directly imported from oversea. We also introduced water based alkaline for metal, hardened metal, Hot Work Steel & etc to degrease oil, minor rust & stubborn stains from the surface without causing any damaged to the part.This cleaning chemical does not causing any harmful to the texturing surface & suitable to use with ultrasonic machine or ultrasonic cleaner.Our newly blended high flash point solvent can solved most of the degreasing issue which this type of solvent can be used in normal ultrasonic cleaner or ultrasonic cleaning machine.This solvent is suitable to degrease oil effectively for any metal parts or non-metal parts.Also, we had introduced new chemical replacing the Kerosene (fuel burnt solvent) with high performance of cleaning power, odourless smell & compatible to use with ultrasonic cleaner or ultrasonic cleaning machine.

We also providing client the ultrasonic cleaning machine which required multi-stage
cleaning such as ultrasonic cleaning/degreasing, ultrasonic rinsing & hot air drying. Or in certain circumstance, only cleaning/ degreasing unit with rinsing application is applicable.The multi-stages cleaning system is custom built according to client specifications or we could proposed the most suitable & cost competitive ultrasonic cleaning machine.In some application, we can provide client ultrasonic vapour degreasing unit in which it suitable for use with solvent based chemical. Both chemicals either eco-friendly environment solvent or normal use solvent we can provide to customer. The ultrasonic vapour degreasing unit can be easy to operate & easy to maintain for user. It can be supplied in full automatic mode (with robotic arm) or manual mode (manual transfer by operator) depend client requirement. In plastic industry, ultrasonic mould cleaning unit with anode & cathode is quite compressive ultrasonic cleaning machine if client preferred to choose as this ultrasonic mould cleaning machine performed the best ultrasonic cleaning machine for precision moulding requirement.

Other than above, normal single unit cleaning with ultrasonic, ultrasonic agitation cleaning unit, ultrasonic table top unit & certain application for anilox roller cleaning,
ultrasonic Conveying Cleaning application, vapour Degreasing System, ultrasonic components such as immersion box, ultrasonic tubular transducer unit, ultrasonic generators & etc also we can provide to customer. This ultrasonic cleaning machine can be equipped with ultrasonic conventional transducer or ultrasonic tubular cleaning unit as depend on the client requirement whether for normal cleaning or precision cleaning. With the latest technology of ultrasonic tubular cleaning unit, most of the blind holes can be cleaned easily as the ultrasonic wave generation of 360 Deg rotation is able to penetrate & work perfectly cleaning blind holes parts / areas with the condition the medium can reached the blind holes area. Orientation of the surface of the part is no longer required with the latest tubular cleaning unit technology since the ultrasonic wave cavitation is in rotation motions. Thus eliminating the down time required, orientation of the parts, bulky parts cleaning & man power requirement.With the advanced instrument Energy Meter, we could check & confirm the ultrasonic frequency & power intensity of the ultrasonic tank if customer required us to provide. Inspection report will be submitted to customer to audit their own ultrasonic tank unit if the ultrasonic transducers are still the good conditions. (To maintain the machine up to the specifications)
