PUCM lauds Anwar’s commitment to strengthening Malaysia-China diplomatic ties

PUTRAJAYA, March 21 – The Chinese Entrepreneurs Association in Malaysia (PUCM) has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for his commitment to enhancing bilateral relations between Malaysia and China.

This commendation was conveyed by PUCM President Datuk Keith Li during a meeting with Anwar in Putrajaya on Wednesday.

At their meeting, Li presented Anwar a special edition book published to mark the golden jubilee of diplomatic ties between the two nations.

Li, who set up and runs the Malaysia-China Insight (MCI) news portal, had the opportunity to meet with the Prime Minister at a gathering of media practitioners at a MADANI Iftar Ceremony, which saw participation from representatives across various news outlets.

The MCI portal is known for its comprehensive coverage on trade developments in Malaysia and China, as well as reporting on significant events in the Asia Pacific and beyond.

In his speech at the ceremony, Anwar underscored the pivotal role of the media in promoting national pride and contributing to Malaysia’s economic prosperity.
