Characteristics:
1. PHC-01 : 1 channel sensor, 1 channel end of material, feed A/ B to detect.  ; PHC-102 : 2 channel sensor, 2 channel end of material, feed A/ B to detect all, it can be independant or common to use.
2. According to high speed automatic power press design, supervision value set-up and tolerance value shows.
3. Suitbale for stamping environment, which can select infrared ray sensor, proximity switch, photo, eyes, spring induction rod... etc, to detect end of material, Buckling or continue terminals paper belt detection.
4. All abnormal situation, the LED displays.
5. Average value AE/absolute value AS function compare set-up, dial operation and easy to use.
6. Accuracy option: +/- 1-99um
7. Sensor operation distance from 0.5mm to 1.5mm (1mm +/- 0.5mm), easy to operate.
8. Spare parts are meticulously selected, with high resolution and stability.
9. Avoid workplace overlapping scraps jumping inside mold abnormal, etc., to prevent injuring mold or finished quality.

Abnormal:
1. LED shows EE, it's abnormal for feeding and end of material or Buckling.

• Turn the switch to A, shows touching abnormal
• Turn the switch to B, shows touching no abnormal

2. OP sensor and sensor cable pull (drop) out.
3. SF: Displays when press bottom dead center cycle is abnormal or blocking is abnormal. (exceed sensor inducting range.)
4. +/- Tolerance displays over pre-set value the Error lamp light up.
5. LO: Too low then Error Lamp light up. (lower test distance 0.5mm down)
6. HI: Too high then Error Lamp light up. (Overtest distance 1.5mm up)
