Xin Da Spinning Technology Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2018 with a manufacturing facility in Nilai Industrial Park, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia that specializes in the manufacture of high-end, environmentally friendly products with a qualitative range of 3D to 15D hollow polyester staple fibers that are universally used in the home textile, furniture, clothing, and other industries.

Some of the premium key products, including specifications 7D*32/64MM HC&HCS, 15D*32/64MM HC&HCS, 6D*64MM Solid, 20D*64MM Black & Green, and 23D*64MM, have gained satisfied customers worldwide and successfully functioned in a variety of export markets, as well as Europe and domestic customers. The mission of the company is to manufacture premium quality products that meet customer expectations, with the primary goal of expanding into the world market over the next five years and becoming Malaysia's leading manufacturer and distributor of 3D hollow polyester staple fiber products.

Despite the increasing demand for 3D hollow polyester staple fiber products in the global market and the current limited global supply of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) raw material, securing sufficient volumes of high-quality PET in the long term poses a significant challenge for our products. In order to ensure business continuity and sustainability, our products are primarily made from high-quality recycled sources. However, the 3D hollow polyester staple fiber market manufacturer was currently facing significant challenges. It is also evident that investment in 3D hollow polyester staple fiber manufacturing is increasing in the Mainland market, and as a result, affected sales prices have declined due to fierce competition.

Our brand's demand volume exceeded 35,000 tones, excluding stuffing for bedding, furniture, clothing, and non-woven applications from manufacturers in neighbouring countries such as Southeast Asia.

Furthermore, the domestic economy lacks industries that manufacture 3D hollow polyester staple fiber. According to a survey conducted across Malaysia, the domestic market for daily recycled PET plastic bottles appears to be greater than 100 tonnes. This presents a significant opportunity to develop our market share by enhancing our supply chain and delivering our brands globally. Our infrastructure facility manufactures our products in strict compliance with industrial standards, using quality assured raw materials and advanced techniques. The plant is led by a skilled expert in the 3D hollow polyester staple fibers industry. We intend to strengthen our industrial productivity in the future with a skilled workforce.

In February 2022, SGS Malaysia awarded the company ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System accreditation, with the certification's scope including the manufacturing of three-dimensional hollow polyester stable fiber products.
