Highlights:
- Operator will open the  fully enclosure door manually and load the product into the nest.
- After close the door, then operator will manually press the double hand start button to trigger machine start.
- The UV Lamp will  automated move toward to the product.
- Once sensor detect to the position, The cylinder will stop and then the UV lamp will be turn on automatically with the pre set timer to start cure the glue.
- Once timer is finish. The UV lamp will be auto turn off and then buzzer will beep sound  and green pilot light will turn on to trigger operator to open the door.
- After that, operator will open the door and manually unload the product from the nest.
