Water Block C is a professional grade, low VOC water-based formulation which is specially engineered to deeply penetrate and shield the microscopic pores of the surfaces. Water Block C contains the nanoparticles which impregnate the substrate and react chemically and bond strongly with the substrate which produces durable hydrophobic treatment.
Water Block C repels water and salts and yet remains highly permeable, allowing moisture to escape from many absorbent mineral substrates, such as bricks (including vertical and horizontal concrete), sand-lime brick, natural sandstone and mineral plaster. Water Block C also provides excellent resistance to mould, mildew and fungus.

Application : The application surface must be clean and free from any grease. Wash the fungus and algae affected area. Apply Water Block C by using brush or the pipette. No dilution is required. On very absorptive surfaces re-apply within 3 hours.
Flooding is the preferred way to achieve maximum water repellency. Two "wet on wet" coats are needed to ensure complete coverage. Maximum water repellency is achieved 24 hours post application. If it starts to rain, stop treatment and cover the impregnated areas. Consumption: Estimated 8-9m2/ L. Dependent of substrate properties.

Properties : Milky white water emulsion. Does not change the apprearance of the surface applied. The product must not freeze. Can be stored in its original, sealed container for 24 months after production date.

Safety : Water Block C is a non hazardous product but as a precaution avoid contact with skin or eyes and wear protective gloves and goggles. Dispose this material properly. Keep out of the reach children. In case of contact with eye and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Always request, read and comprehend the Safety Data Sheet of the product before application.
