LEXAS ENTERPRISE PLT was incorporated on 14th April 2004 to participate in the uprising market demand for the high performance windows and doors in Malaysia construction industry.

Windows and doors are complex elements of the building envelope. The main objective for installing windows and doors are to main the viewing and the access areas to the outside world. The psychological benefits from viewing and access areas which are completely opaque are numerous. The windows and doors systems are part of the building envelope, must perform the same basic physical functions as a wall, in addition to others requirements.

With more than two decades of field and hand-on experience with aluminium windows and doors industry, the Director – Mr. H.S.Tan had pooled his 30 years experiences and knowledge to design and perfect matched the ‘PREMIER’ windows and doors system with owned designed accessories – the concealed hinges & extruded aluminium corner joint with unified insert for the superior quality and top mark craftsmanship ‘PREMIER’ windows and doors system.

Were designed locally with the system performance criteria in mind and were finish, fabricate and factory-assemble into complete finish frames prior to final site installation.

All the aluminium extrusions were powder coated in-house by own subsidiary company, CARE COATING SDN BHD. The powder coating factory is located next to the LEXAS ENTERPRISE PLT factory. CARE COATING SDN BHD was well equipped with powder coating equipment facilities and the well trained & experienced staff. CARE COATING SDN BHD was the approved applicator for TIGER Jotun (M) Sdn Bhd and DUPONT Powder Coating (Malaysia) Sdn bhd.

LEXAS ENTERPRISE PLT factory is located in Kampung Desa Aman, next to the Sri Damansara Industry estate and with easy access to the MRR II, LDP and PLUS highways. The factory was well equipped with aluminium fabrication machineries and equipments and with the well trained & experienced staff is capable to manufacture superior quality ‘Premier’ windows and doors frames with a commercial value exceed RM3.0 million annually.
Since the establishment of the company, LEXAS ENTERPRISE PLT had completed numerous bungalow projects within the Klang valley with a commercial value exceed RM10 million.
