Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department. 10. Provide training and guidance to team members.

技能要求	1. At least 2 years of experience on the production floor in the food industry. 2. Minimum education level: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent. 3. Able to communicate and write in both Malay and English languages. 4. Preferably between 30 to 40 years of age. 5. Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as required upon receiving ad-hoc tasks. 6. Leadership and good time management skills. 7. Machine handling and maintenance competence will be an advantage.
