Plasma powder activation
Plasma Powder Cleaning Equipment are hydrophilic PE powder can improve the bonding strength between metal and plastic. This hydration is achieved by low-pressure plasma treatment. The processing parameters depend largely on the particle size of the powder. The plasma treatment time ranges from 5 minutes to several hours. Because the process temperature is kept at a low level during the whole treatment process, there is no thermal damage to the powder. Similarly, the basic properties of the powder, such as melting point, crystallinity and molar mass, are not affected. Many different coating characteristics can be achieved through a variety of variable process parameters.
