COLO-2152 Powder Spray Booth Description

This powder coating booth has double purposes to suit different sizes of objects that saves cost a lot.

- If the object being coated is very long,  then side doors can be kept open, object enters from one door and exit from the other by track while in the front coating is done step by step during manual movement

- In exceptional case, if object is small, the side doors can be closed thus more overspray will be attached into the filter to increase powder recovery

1. Parts are passed thru the spray booth by hanging on the overhead track

2. The recovey stage consists of 3 pieces high precision filter cartridges, quick release type for fast color change.

3. Oversprayed powders are entered within the air stream moving to the recovery stage, where the cartridge filters will filtered the particulate, ensures only clean air exhausted.

4. The powder spray booth material adopts 1.2mm cold plate with powder coated surface, durable and long lifespan.

100% Polyester filters
Size: D325xH900mm per piece. Colo's powder booths uses only the highest quality filters made from 100% polyester, whose filtration less than 0.1 micrometer, well separates the powder from the air. Each filter will get interval pulse-jet cleaning controlled by valves, which will extend its life.

Fans
In Booths manufactured by Colo we use aluminium fans which are durable, safe and quite.  Fan is installed at the top of filter room that saves factory space

PLC Control unit
Colo’s control unit have many program. Different bottom correspondence different function. Control the fan on/off, adjust time range of the pulse to cleaning filters, make the recovery powder hopper up and down.

Powder Collector
There is a powder recovery hopper beneath the booth that collects oversprayed powders, which can be taken away to fully empty thus increase powder recovery.
