In the industrial production, it is very hard to tighten or disassemble bolts with big diameters, and it is
even harder to tighted bolts with big diameters by setting the torque value. Especially under the circumstance
which the working place is limited, it is much harder to use torque wrench of large size, and sometimes it is
impossible to operate.
