1️⃣ Check the Tyres
Your tyres carry the full weight of the machine — and you. Look for cracks, cuts, punctures, or uneven wear. Make sure there’s no debris stuck around the wheels and verify tyre pressure (for air-filled tyres). A damaged tyre can affect stability and steering.
2️⃣ Inspect All Safety Switches
Safety switches save lives. Ensure the emergency stop, tilt sensor, limit switches, and all interlocks are functioning properly. If anything doesn’t respond instantly, do not operate the lift. Report and replace immediately.
3️⃣ Test the Lift Controls
Operate both the platform and ground controls. Test up/down, steering, and any extension functions. Movements should be smooth without jerking. If something feels slow, stuck, or unresponsive, stop and get it checked.
4️⃣ Ensure the Battery Is Fully Charged
