Collaborate with partner stakeholders (e.g. CNC, Metal Fabrication) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer management and strategic account development. Prepare and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Participate in design & fabrication discussions, follow industry standard processes. Other ad-hoc tasks as required (e.g. periodic stock take) - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the mechanical engineering industry. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, applications, and industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management, organizational, communication and negotiation skills. Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A valid driver's license is preferred. Speak, Read & Write conversational English or Mandarin. Can read & understand or prepare GD&T drawings, 2D Plan drawings, 3D Isometric drawings. Proficiency in Solidworks and Sketchup is preferred.
