Currently Alliance, CIMB, HSBC, Bank Islam, OCBC and Standard Chartered have issued notices to inform their users

What is MyCash Debit Out
For merchants/malls that support MyCash Debit Out service, customers can withdraw money directly at the counter. You can withdraw money through merchants by swiping your card. Convenient for those who need cash urgently

Other services: DuitNow, JomPAY, DirectDebit, FPX and Interbank GIRO are not affected by this change
