Precision Mounting & Structural Anchoring
Jet fans generate significant thrust (typically between 25N and 100N). We use heavy-duty, vibration-isolated hanging brackets and drop-rods anchored directly into the concrete soffit. This ensures the fan remains securely positioned even during the high-torque start-up of a fire emergency.

Acoustic Silencer Integration
To prevent the "wind tunnel" effect in enclosed basements, we install high-performance cylindrical silencers on both the intake and discharge ends of the fan. This reduces mechanical noise and air turbulence, maintaining a comfortable environment for building occupants.

Fire-Rated Electrical Wiring (FRC)
Since jet fans are critical life-safety components, we utilize Fire Resistant Cables (FRC) or MICC cabling. This ensures that in the event of a vehicle fire, the fans continue to operate for at least 2 hours at 250°C, pushing smoke toward the main exhaust shafts.

Post-installation, our engineers perform a rigorous commissioning process. We conduct "Cold Smoke" tests and measure air velocity ($m/s$) at various points to certify that the system provides the mandatory 10 Air Changes per Hour (ACH) for smoke spill.
