M. N. Nidzamuddin & Associates was established in 13th September 2011 by Mohd Nazri Nidzamuddin Bin Ahmad Pakri and Nur Afida Binti Shariffuddin. By earlier of 2019, Ms  Goh Chen Chie and Ms Nadiah Syazwani Binti Nordin had joined us as partners.

En Mohd Nazri Nidzamuddin bin Ahmad Pakri has over eighteen (18) years of experience in (particularly) in conveyance matter. He earned his degree in L.L.B. (Honours) at International Islamic University, Malaysia on 2001 and was admitted to the Bar on 23rd August 2002 in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur. He was previously practiced in Nadzifah, Sagunthala & Associates from October year 2002 up until September 2011. He has previously handled hundreds of sub-sale files, housing loans [which include Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank, Maybank, MBSB, BSN, and AMBANK. Besides conveyancing, he also has experience in litigation matter [which includes Probates & Letter of Administration, Late Delivery Cases, and Claims of Outstanding Loan]. However, he is focusing more on conveyance matters which makes the firm concentrates more on its efforts and resources.

Puan Nur Afida Binti Shariffuddin who has at least Eleven (11) years experience since her admittance to the Bar on 21.3.2009 in the High Court of Kuala Lumpur. She earned her Degree in L.L.B (Honours) at International Islamic University, Malaysia on 2007 and also has obtained a Diploma in Syariah Law and Legal Practice (DSLP) from the same university on 2008. She has also conveyed her chambering and working experience at Messrs Nadzifah, Sagunthala & Associates and also has experiences in dealing conveyancing and litigation matters mostly in Sub-Sales, Auctions and housing loans.  She will use her young and energetic character to develop the firm into various legal areas and will lead the firm to adapt to modern challenges and needs.

Our Johor Bahru partner, Ms Nadiah Syazwani Binti Nordin has over 4 years of experience since her admittance to the Bar on 31st July 2016. She completed her LLB Degree course at Multimedia University, Melaka in 2015 and her exposure in various fields of law and place of practice. She finishes her chambering and working at Messrs Zainul Rijal Talha & Amir, Johore dealing with Sub-sales, Direct-Developer house purchase, Housing Loan, Discharge of charge, Refinancing, Perfection, Auction cases. Later on continue her searching for experience at Messrs Shariff & Som, Kuala Lumpur. She had joined us on January 2018 as Legal Assistant and now appointed as a partner at Messrs M. N. Nidzamuddin & Associates, Johor Bahru Branch. In the office, she in charge of Conveyancing matters i.e Sub-sales, Housing Loan Share Agreements, Tenancy Agreement, Auction, Small Estate cases, General Litigation, preparing and attending court matters i.e.: Probate, Letter of Administration, Annulment of Bankruptcy,  Removal of Caveat, Notice of Demand, Deed of Gifts,  Will, etc.

At Muar Branch, we have our Ms Goh Chen Chie has over 4 years of experience since her admittance to the Bar on 14th April 2016. She completed her LLB Degree course at Multimedia University, Melaka in 2015. She has working experience as Legal Assistant at Messrs Yeo Hock Thye & Co and had to deal with Real estate Conveyancing, Banking, and Securities Documentation, Commercial Law, Land Law, Debt Recovery, Bankruptcy, Probate and Administration matters, Will and Testament, Small Estate Distribution, Family Law, Family Law, Filing papers and matter related to Land Acquisition, Debt recovery and foreclosure.
