ISO 9001:2015 AWARENESS & INTERNAL AUDIT TRAINING

Throughout the training, participants were introduced to the core principles and structure of ISO 9001:2015, including the process approach and risk-based thinking. They also learned how to interpret the requirements within the context of internal audits, and gained a clear understanding of the audit process from planning to reporting, along with the roles and responsibilities of both internal and lead auditors.
 

The course included practical workshops, case studies, and role-play audit scenarios to give participants hands-on experience and build their confidence in planning and carrying out internal audits effectively.
