职业说明	We are seeking a driven and technically-minded Sales Executive to join our team in Johor. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence within the southern region’s thriving manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical solutions involving high-end industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, and automotive industries within the Johor region. Technical Consultation: Understand client production challenges and recommend suitable machinery solutions, including AOI systems, BGA rework stations, ionizers, and terminal crimping machines. Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and technical support. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and product demonstration to quotation, negotiation, and after-sales follow-up. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new manufacturing technologies to better position our product portfolio.
