Siglent RF Signal Generators
SIGLENT’S SSG series of signal generators have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 20 GHz. They provide normal analog modulation such as AM, FM, and PM. There are also models that can provide pulse modulation, pulse train, and digital modulation.
