TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The Organizer of the promo is Testo SMI Sdn Bhd, 100.3.017, 129 Offices, Block J, Jaya One, No 72A, Jalan Universiti, 46200, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
2. The object of the promo is the granting of a cost-free give-away with the purchase of one of the Testo measuring instrument kits testo 557 or testo 550 or testo Smart Probes AC & refrigeration test kit (''promo instruments'') from Muser Apac Sdn Bhd.
3. The promo is open to all Malaysian citizen, age 18 and above, residing in Malaysia only (''Eligible Participants''). Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates and/or related  companies and their next of kin, are excluded from participation.
4. In order to participate in the promo, the participant must purchase a promo instrument from a participating distributor in Malaysia, in the period from 17th August 2020 to 31st October 2020, whether in his/her own name or on behalf of a company.
5. Limit one Black & Decker multitool per purchase of promo instrument on first-come-first serve basis and while stocks last. No cash alternatives or refunds will be offered.
6. The Organizer is not liable for any damages which occur in the course of the implementation of the promo, unless the Organizer or his/her agent has caused the damage through gross negligence or intention, or has violated a contractual (cardinal) obligation.  In the case of slight violation of cardinal obligations, the liability of the Organizer is limited to predictable, contractually typical damages. Liability in the case of culpable damage to life, body or health due to malicious concealment of defects is unaffected. Liability according to the product liability legislation is unaffected.
7. The data from the participants recorded in the framework of the promo will be recorded, stored and used for the implementation of the promo.
