Operation
- Design Creation: Using CAD software, a digital design of the part to be created is made. This can be a 2D or 3D design.
- Tool Path Generation: CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software converts the CAD design into tool paths, which are instructions for the CNC router on how to move and cut the material.
- Material Setup: The material to be cut is secured to the machine bed.
- Routing: The CNC router follows the tool paths to cut the material according to the design.
