A computerised trinocular inverted metallurgical microscope called TIME-2000W is used to recognise and examine the composition and structure of different metals and alloy materials. It is frequently used in factories or laboratories for the assessment of casting quality, the examination of raw materials, post-processing metallographic analysis, and the investigation of particular surface phenomena like surface spraying. It is the perfect tool for industrial metallographic study of steel, non-ferrous metal materials, castings, coatings, lithofacies analysis, and microscopic analysis of compounds and ceramics.
Focusing Mechanism
Users may easily acquire clear and comfortable images because it uses a coaxial focusing adjustment mechanism for coarse and fine adjustments. This mechanism can be adjusted on both the left and right sides and has great precision for fine adjustments. The fine adjustment accuracy is 0.002mm, and the coarse adjustment stroke is 38mm.
Stage
The right-hand position and huge 180 x 155 mm stage it uses are in accordance with user working preferences. Users can operate in a more productive atmosphere by switching between the operation of focusing adjustment and platform movement.
Illumination
