The 5A HPLED illuminator is a high-power LED illuminator designed for modern inspection and review applications. It is designed to provide more light and optimally cover the FOV of the objective lenses. The HPLED can be configured for field coaxial, back light, or slit illumination. It couples directly to WDI’s MMS or MIC microscope, eliminating the need for fiber optic bundles. It is available in blue and white colors as well as integrated or separated controller options.
