An ‘enterprise-level solution’ is a term indicating an across-the-board corporate solution which requires the input of a company, like ours, that has the capability to provide solutions and services professionally. Automatic Doors

In 2016, we diversified our business and got into the automatic door industry. These are the doors that are used in office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, factories, and many other business premises. We are the sole distributors of the renowned Japanese brand, Teraoka. Besides Teraoka Automatic door (Japan), we also carry Manusa Automatic door (Spain) and JAD Automatic door (Japan).

Companies for which we have installed Teraoka doors include Genting, Pantai Hospital, Infineon, Maruwa, ST Microelectronics, Micron Semiconductor, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall and Hatten Hotel.


The Founders

Lim and Mak have known each other for many years. They discovered that they had many ideas in common about the security industry. They both felt concerned about how people nowadays put themselves in danger; how an owner should plan the security systems for their home or business; how irresponsible installers make mistakes and what they have neglected when planning their security systems. They vowed to establish a company that would provide excellent service at every level and would treat their clients with the highest level of professionalism. They believed that finding the best products for their customers, ensuring proper installation and providing excellent after-sales service was key to the company’s success.

Besides that, both like to thoroughly research all the products they use. They never stop searching for good quality and reliable products. To illustrate this thorough attitude, they even flew overseas a number of times just to source an accessory that sells for only RM2.50, clearly demonstrating their absolute commitment to the products they use.


Lim’s Background

Lim started in business in 1998, at first, he repaired electrical appliances for a living, such as televisions, washing machines, air-conditioners and other household electrical equipment. Based on his solid technical background and demonstrable ability to repair electrical equipment, customers began requesting his help to install air-conditioners and security systems for their homes and businesses. This led to him developing his skills and expertise, especially in the field of security systems. Lim is now considered a security industry expert and he is regularly called upon to give his advice to the corporate and institutional sectors. Today, Lim is the Director and also Project Manager of City Sensible Group.


Mak’s Background

Mak, is the General Manager of City Sensible Group. Aside from installation, he takes care of the operations within the company, from Management to Marketing to Sales. He started out working for a wholesale company that sold a variety of security products to dealers, installers and security consultants. As part of his role, he gave advice and provided solutions for technical problems that arose. After many years of experience he has brought his wide knowledge of product technology to the City Sensible Group where he is able to use his expertise to recommend and advise on the most appropriate security solutions for clients, large and small.
