职业说明	• Creating technical drawings and plans include Layout, 2D Detail Drawing, M&E & RCP plans according to project specifications. Knowledge of 3D modelling & rendering of carpentry is an advantage. • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of plans. • Utilize CAD software to develop drawings and plans. • Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, and other project-related data to determine the necessary design details. • Ensure that all drawings and plans meet industry standards and regulations. • Communicate with contractors and other professionals in the construction industry to resolve any issues that arise during the building process. • Continuously update and revise existing drawings and plans as necessary.
