Introduction:
Our premix machine is use to create a homogenous raw material properties at the front line of powder preparation, this process is very important and affected other production process of mosquito coil manufacturing.
Process of premixing:
The formulated raw powder is put into the blender sequentially to reduce the blending time and achieve better quality of blended powder. After blending, the machine operator may open the sliding door located at the bottom of the blender to discharge the blender powder to the conveyor A and transfer to the silo. The silo will use to store the blended powder and act as a buffering station to control the feed rate over the siever. The rotary valve at the bottom of the silo is to control the stored powder to be transferred to the siever accordingly. Next, Siever will separate the incoming powder into fine and coarse powder apart. And the screw conveyor at the bottom of the siever will conveyor the separated powder for packing.
Blending Machine:

Functionality: Silo is a temporary storage use for blended powder and buffering equipment for the siever.
