Clamex P-14 Flexus is a detachable connection fitting based on the P-System anchorage and is connected via a lever. Clamex P-14 Flexus therefore offers all the existing advantages of the P-System. These include quick, tool-free installation, lateral tolerance, twist prevention and stackability. What distinguishes the Clamex P-14 Flexus from the Clamex P-14, are the flexible positioning pins. Thanks to the flexible positioning pins, no rigid elements of the connector protrude. This new feature allows the subsequent installation of workpieces into existing elements and therefore simplifies the assembly sequence considerably. The positioning pins serve as a positioning as well as fixing element for the workpieces. Fixed shelves are therefore kept in place, while the workpieces are tightened using the hex key. The double-sided bevel of the positioning pins allows the workpiece to be detached again. The Cabineo is a one-piece cabinet unit fitting and is installed into a drilled or routed shape. No edge drilling is necessary - the machining happens solely in the surface. Due to this, Cabineo can be used with all kinds of CNC machines, including very simple 3 axis and nesting machines. In comparison with the standard cam and dowel fitting, the Cabineo offers more efficient production, faster installation and a higher clamping force. To top it off, there is no need for wooden dowels. The concept of the fitting was designed to use a minimal amount of resources for a maximum of functionality. The Cabineo offers considerate advantages in the whole process, including production, transport and installation. Installing the fitting into the workpieces and stacking them during the production process is possible without any protruding parts, which could damage the finished surfaces. This eliminates the packing of bags with fittings which would need to be delivered to the job site for installation. Because the elements are already factory-installed, the person assembling doesn't need to handle loose fittings supplied in a bag during installation. This speeds up the assembly considerably and additionaly helps in reducing possible mistakes. The fitting is inserted into the routed shape on the surface. This can take place in production prior to transport or following transport at the final destination. The preinstalled screw inside the fitting is then screwed into the 5mm drill hole in the corresponding workpiece, using a ball-end allen key. The speed of the cordless drill joins the workpieces quickly and powerfully. Cover caps in various colours are also available and can be clipped onto the Cabineo within seconds. The time-saving one-piece Cabineo furniture connector, is now also available with black housing. When used in dark materials, the Cabineo black fuses with the background, so that no additional cover caps are necessary. Areas of application are kitchens with black or anthracite-coloured interior cabinets, dark walk-in-wardrobes in private and public areas or restaurant furnishings. The Cabineo black is also ideal for shop fitting where dark materials are often used, whether in the clothing market or in the food sector e.g. wine exhibitions or vegetable displays. The Clamex P-14 CNC is a detachable connector based on the P-System anchorage and is connected via a lever. This means the Clamex P-14 CNC has all the advantages currently offered by the P-System. These include quick, tool-free installation, lateral tolerance, is twist-free and is stackable. In contrast to the design of the Zeta P2 power tool, using the Clamex P-14 CNC means the workpieces are already aligned during assembly. The connector is then centered on the access hole. This precise alignment allows you to choose between a 6mm access hole for caps or a 5mm hole without a cap. This is achieved by precise CNC machining. There is no need for additional alignment with dowels.

The clamping action only occurs at certain points rather than across the entire insertion length, making the components easier to insert. Clamex P Medius complements the Clamex P-14 connecting fittings for use in shelf units where two shelves meet the dividing panel at the same height. The dividing panel connection Clamex P Medius consists of two parts with different installation depths. The lever part is installed in the shelf, anchored in a 14 mm deep P-System groove. Thanks to its installation depth of just 10 mm and crescent-shaped cut out, the second part can be fitted back-to-back in a dividing panel measuring just 16 mm.

Bisco P is a plastic element and part of the P-System range of connecting fittings. The aligning element fits into the 7 mm wide P-System groove but is not form-locking like Clamex P. Instead, it is anchored in the groove due to its surface structure and can also be used as a fixed connection with PVA glue. Bisco P-14 / Bisco P-10 is used in combination with Clamex P-14, Tenso P-14 or Clamex P-10 as a cost-effective solution when clamping force is only required from every second fitting and the use of more affordable aligning elements in between to maintain flush grooves is sufficient as an alternative.

Zeta P2 - The machine for the evolving P-System, saving you time daily The Zeta P2 is the profile biscuit joiner for P-System anchorage, and the Clamex P connector range in particular, and is used to connect wood materials. The integrated vertical mechanical drive on the cutting spindle of the Zeta P2 is the centre-piece of this profile biscuit joiner. During the cutting process, the vertical mechanical drive automatically performs a vertical movement to create the profile groove. All P-System fittings are then manually inserted into this groove, ensuring a fast form-locking anchorage.
The Zeta P2 can cut P-System grooves for connecting fittings with varying installation depths simply by turning the P-System depth adjuster, thus removing the need to change cutters. The vertical movement for the profile groove is triggered automatically when the maximum cutting depth is reached and requires just a fraction of a second. The vertical mechanical drive combines process security and reliability with a low-wear, fully mechanical construction. The Zeta P2 can also be employed as a standard biscuit joiner for original biscuits by simply deactivating the profile groove function and changing to a 4mm blade.

Tenso P-14 - Self-clamping connector as gluing aid for all angles The Tenso P-14 is a self-clamping connector with three functions: alignment, clamping and connecting. The very high level of clamping force allows work pieces to be glued without the need for screw clamps or pressure. Based on the innovative P-System profile groove from Lamello, the connector also facilitates strong anchorage in the work piece in just seconds without the need for tools. The two-part concealed connector meets the requirements for the implementation of a completely new connection process in interior fitting. It is an innovative connection method that facilitates an unprecedented level of flexibility, speed and simplicity throughout the entire design, production, transport and assembly process. Although the connector boasts excellent tightening force, this version is intended for use as a gluing aid. The additional option of preloading the connector prior to glue applications now enables use for all angles and mitres. The individual preloading of the joining elements considerably reduces the required amount of force when connecting the workpieces, which is another benefit to the user. With the option to install the connector offset (surface 10 mm, edge 18 mm) it is possible to use the Tenso already from 13 mm panel thickness or for dividers from 19mm.
