职业说明 | We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) projects. This role requires strong project management skills, HR domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external clients. As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction. Lead full-cycle HRMS implementation projects from initiation to closure. - Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define project scope, and set delivery expectations. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including HRIS consultants, developers, support, and QA. - Monitor project progress and manage risks, changes, and escalations effectively. - Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide transparent project updates. - Ensure configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities are executed smoothly. - Maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, UAT logs, sign-offs, and SOPs. - Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. - Serve as the main point of contact for client communication throughout the project. |

技能要求 | - 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HRMS/ERP system implementations. - Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, Attendance, leave, claims, performance, Training etc.) is highly desirable. - Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. |
