Current Operation
- Operator will inspect the part to check the number of weld holes.
- Operator will mark the part with green ink pen for correct hole and mark with red ink pen for defects found.
- Operator will record the quality information in the product verification checklist.
Propose Solution
- To automatic inspect the number of weld holes on the part.
- To use multiple cameras to inspect the different position of every part.
- The checking is done automatically when every part is loaded to the inspect position.
- Upon checking, the system will display “OK” or “NG”.
- The defect information will be detect and save to system database.
- Automatic alert can be relay to the line leader.
- Real time inspection result can be access from network client PC.
