技能要求	1. To carry out all service functions including product testing, machine FAT, installation, commissioning, technical training, PM, Demo, and repairs of Solo product range of machine in-house or on customer’s site. 2. To participate in sales activities by providing product demonstration and advanced technical support to sales teams 3. To maintain customer relation 4. To submit a technical report on time 5. Be a team player to achieve goal targets and have good overall interpersonal/ communications skills. 6. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively 7. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback 8. Good in mechanical skills and knowledge of the machine control system
