All service centres in our global service network adhere to the stringent specifications of our own Doovac Vacuum Pump. The repairs are carried out to manufacturer specifications using genuine spare parts.
Our skilled service technicians have extensive experience based on thousands of service projects , backed up by the expert knowledge of the global vacuum pump service network. We provide a 3 months warranty on all repairs and 12 months warranty on all purchaser.
You can send us your vacuum pumps , compressor or blowers for repair or we arrange transport to your service at your company. On receipt of the module , we will inspect it and carry out operational tests. The module will then be dismantled and all the individual parts inspected. We will report all cases of non-compliance with the standards and use this as a basis for our repair recommendations , which we will forward to you.
Once you have given your order for the work we have recommended , all parts will be cleaned and we will replace anything worn or damaged with genuine parts. During reassembly , we will calibrate all parts to the tolerances defined by the manufacturer.
The assembled units will be extensively tested to ensure that they are in perfect working order. All test results will be documented in test logs. Finally , all units will be repainted. When your unit is returned or reinstalled on-site , it will be in an as-new condition , including full documentation of all work and test results.
